It supplements section 8, “Right of Withdrawal (Return)”, of the Terms and Conditions, and the applicable consumer-protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova governing distance contracts.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without penalty, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) take physical possession of the products.

For orders consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

To exercise this right, you must inform us with a clear statement before the deadline expires — by e-mail at shop@skincareboutique.md or in person at our address, 63 Alexei Șciusev St., MD-2012, Chișinău.

Please include your order number, the products you wish to return, and your contact details.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, the following cannot be returned:

cosmetic and skincare products whose protective film, seal, or sealed packaging has been opened/damaged after delivery;

goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed by the customer;

samples, testers, and products provided as a gift/free of charge;

personalised or custom-made products, where applicable.

This exception is provided for by consumer-protection legislation on distance contracts and does not affect your rights regarding defective or non-conforming products — see section 6 below.

5. How to Start a Return

Email us at shop@skincareboutique.md, stating your order number and the products you wish to return; or

Visit us in person at 63 Alexei Șciusev St., MD-2012, Chișinău, with the product and your receipt/proof of purchase.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm acceptance of the return and how to hand over the product.

6. Defective, Delivery-Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped Products

If the product you receive is defective, was damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 48 hours of delivery at the latest, at shop@skincareboutique.md, attaching photos/video of the product and packaging. In these cases the product may be returned even if unsealed, and the return shipping cost is borne by the Company. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with section 9 of the Terms and Conditions.

7. Cost of Return

Except in cases of defective, delivery-damaged, or incorrectly shipped products (section 6), the cost of shipping the product back is borne by the customer. We recommend using a courier service with delivery confirmation and, where possible, parcel insurance, as the risk of loss during return shipping rests with the customer until the product is received by the Company.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product or, if earlier, from the date you provide proof that you have shipped it.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you agree otherwise with us, at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the products back, or until you supply evidence of having shipped them, whichever comes first.

If the returned product shows a diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund, in accordance with applicable law.

9.
