1. General Information

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the website skincareboutique.md (the “Website”) and the purchase of products offered through it, operated by S.R.L. “ARTMED ESTETIC”, registered at mun. Chișinău, s. Goianul Nou, com. Stăuceni, str. Tineretului, 9, registration number IDNO 1017600027796 (“the Company”, “we”).

By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Definitions

  • User/Customer – any person who accesses the Website or places an order;
  • Products – the goods sold through the Website (skincare and cosmetic products);
  • Order – a purchase request submitted by the Customer through the Website;
  • Account – the account created by the User to place orders and manage their data.

3. Account Creation

To place an order, you may create an account or complete your purchase as a guest, where this option is available. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all actions carried out through your account.

4. Products and Prices

  • Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
  • Prices displayed on the Website are in [MDL/EUR] and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice; such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, with full notification and refund to the Customer.

5. Placing an Order

An order is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Order confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance if the product is out of stock — in this case, we will contact you.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: [online card payment, cash on delivery, bank transfer, other methods]. Payment data is processed securely through an authorised third-party payment processor, in accordance with industry security standards (PCI DSS).

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out within [the Republic of Moldova / other countries], via [courier company].
  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are indicative only.
  • Delivery costs are calculated based on [weight/location/order value] and are shown before order completion.
  • The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon handover to the courier/Customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation for distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within [14] calendar days from the date of receiving the products.

To exercise this right, you must inform us via a clear statement (email to shop@skincareboutique.md) before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened/unused, where the nature of the product (cosmetics) requires this for hygiene reasons, except where the law provides otherwise.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of [14] days from receiving the returned products or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Note: exceptions to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once unsealed by the consumer must be verified against applicable national legislation.

9. Warranty and Complaints

Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranties. If a product is defective or non-compliant, please contact us at shop@skincareboutique.md, attaching proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will review your request and offer a solution (replacement, repair, or refund) in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website (text, images, logos, design, source code) are the property of the Company or its partners and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these elements without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account/placing an order;
  • not use the Website for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
  • not attempt to compromise the security or functioning of the Website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, technical interruptions, or errors not attributable to it. Nothing in this document limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

13. Force Majeure

The Company is released from liability for failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure events beyond its control.

14. Personal Data Protection

The processing of Users’ personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Website, drafted in accordance with Law No. 195/2024.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. Consumers also have the right to address consumer protection authorities.

16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on the Website, indicating the date of the last update. Continued use of the Website after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
